

SPECIAL is the overhead door with counterweights made in pressed, reinforced galvanised steel, with jambs of 12 - 14 - 16 cm, suitable for measurements up to W. 650 x H. 280 cm.
The door frame is made with an exclusive reinforced steel profile, 60 mm, designed to house the rubber sealing strip.
It comes ready assembled for easy fitting, complete with Yale type lock with handle and internal release, set-up for motor-drive unit, anti-fall system against the accidental breaking of the cables, cement counterweights, ropers and anchoring rag bolts, wind resistance class II.
FRAME
The frame has a larger cross section (70 mm.) and is sometimes reinforced.
DIMENSIONS
Width from 210 to 650 cm.
Height from 200 to 280 cm.
FRAMES OUTSIDE MEASUREMENTS
The measurements are taken as the maximum outside dimensions in width and height.
Passage measurement in height:
Frame outside measurements - 27 cm if manual
Frame outside measurements - 30 cm if motorized
ASSEMBLY WITHIN THE OPENING
The wall aperture must be at least 2 cm. wider and 1 cm. higher than the measurement of the overhead door.
ASSEMBLY BEYOND THE OPENING
The maximum outside width of the overhead door should be equal to the actual opening measurements plus the overall dimensions of the jambs less 2 cm.
The allowance in height compared to the actual aperture measurement is 10 cm.
DELIVERY TERMS
The approximate delivery terms, expressed in working days starting from the receipt date of the executive order, are as follows:
20 days for the normal version
25 days for the version with pedestrian door and glazed areas
30 days for the insulated and motorized version

Polyester powder-coated paint finish
The quality and durability of the DE NARDI overhead doors are guaranteed thanks to the stove-enamelled polyester powder paint finish.
The painting is carried out in the up-to-date automated plant, where it goes through an efficient production cycle: Phosphating-cleaning/degreasing in a tunnel. - Double rinsing. - Kiln-drying at 130°C. - Polyester powder spraying in robotised or manual booth (average thickness 40 micron). - Drying in oven at 200°C.
